It is a phrase we yell at each other in the gym when somebody is distracted, making excuses or not giving the set what it deserves. It is funny in the moment, but the meaning is real: lock in.
Most people know when they are not giving their best. The problem is that it is easy to negotiate with yourself. You say you are tired, that you will start tomorrow or that one missed day does not matter. Sometimes you need somebody around you who cuts through the excuse with three words.
